Pandawranglers

Next on my list was the epic task of designing and hand sewing the uniforms for the bold men (and boys) of the Pandawranglers. My basic design idea for these was to have them decked out in black and white camo to reflect the colour scheme of both the pandas and the overall style of the film. To add a little interest to the costumes I made the black camo patches out of fur and added a Ghostbusters esque logo of a panda in a red cross sign. As a finishing touch I painstaking hand sewed individual pieces of bamboo into the costumes to give them another element of camouflage.

... I'm well aware Pandas eat bamboo, and to stitch it onto a soldiers costume would do nothing other than make him moving bait but by this point most of the logic and sense was completely drained from my project.

I then made numerous props for the soldier such as giant pill bombs, a carrot firing rocket launcher (affectionately nicknamed the Davey Crocket Launcher), big love shields and furry guns... Again if this seems ridiculous you are probably reading the wrong blog.
