The first area I designed for the animatic was Loveplug Forest. The plan for this are was that it would be the introduction to both the silly glow in the dark nature of my project and also serve as an introduction to the army of Disco-Enthused Pandas. Therefore neon pink was an essential. For the live action backing plates I used the woods around Skellingthorpe Lakes on the edge of the city of Lincoln.
The main assets I designed for this area were the large, furry eared gates from which the Psychedelic Pandas would launch and the large glowing loveplugs; essentially large hearts plugged into the earth, using its positive energy as a power source (I have no idea where that came from either, it's just what my annotation said!)
